Local Natives does not Disappoint

Over this past weekend I had the privilege of going to Mamby on the Beach, courtesy of React Presents and am so excited to tell you how amazing it was! The show I would like to highlight out of the lineup is Local Natives. It was the first show I saw on Saturday and it was spectacular. Since it was a festival, the crowd was dispersed to different shows and so didn’t feel crowded and could enjoy the music without being trampled. Going into the show I only know three or four Local Natives songs so there was not a lot for me to get excited about (besides just being there) but it ended up being my favorite act of the night. The songs I did know I got to belt out the words and the ones I didn’t I got to belt out as soon as I got home and learned the words. I was worried that my friends were going to be upset because we were choosing between Local Natives and Miike Snow and I was the person who tipped the scale. Luckily they loved the performance just as much as I did.
