During the regular season, the Seattle Mariners were a great team all season, and they cruised to a 2 seed in the American League. They had an incredibly deep starting rotation, with all 5 of their starters being really solid pitchers. With George Kirby, Logan Gilbert, and Bryce Miller providing great pitching in their last 3 playoff matchups (all of which they won), and their ace Bryan Woo returning from injury for the ALCS, the Mariners are set to dominate on the bump against the Blue Jays. And despite their poor performance in last night’s game three of the ALCS, the Seattle Mariners will still win the World Series.

You can’t forget about the Mariners’ bullpen, though. Led by All-Star closer Andres Munoz, this bullpen is dominant. In games 1 and 2 of the ALCS, the Mariners' bullpen hasn’t allowed a single earned run against the Blue Jays' white hot offense. With pitchers like Gabe Spier, Matt Brash, and Eduard Bazardo pitching in between the starter and Munoz at the end of the game, it's really difficult for opposing offenses to get anything going.

Lastly, the story of this Mariners season is about their offense. Led by AL MVP candidate Cal Raleigh and his 60-home run breakout season, this Mariners offense has done anything but slow down this Postseason. If anything, the offense has ELEVATED its play. Cal Raleigh has 2 homers in the ALCS alone, and that has only been 2 games.

The Mariners have also scored 13 runs in the ALCS, which is the most out of any of the 4 teams in any of the league championship series’. In this lineup that is built around Cal Raleigh, the Mariners also have all-star center fielder Julio Rodriguez, Randy Arozarena, Jorge Polanco, who was the hottest player in baseball during September, and trade deadline acquisition Josh Naylor. This Mariners lineup has seemingly no weak spots and continues to drive in runs and hit homers.

Overall, between the deep starting rotation, the light-out bullpen, and the lethal offense, the Mariners are poised to reach and win their first World Series in franchise history.
